Hello! Thanks for stopping by.
I am a PhD candidate in Marketing at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
My primary line of research focuses on how the framing of information shapes the inferences consumers form, and how these inferences in turn guide consumer choice. I pursue this inquiry across two domains: how framing of causal explanations shapes inferences of product efficacy, and how framing of multiattribute choices shapes inferences of upgrade value. In addition to this core focus, I also investigate broader topics in consumer decision-making, such as consumer reliance on prediction algorithms, predictive validity of time preference measures, and consumer intuitions about dosages.
My research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Research, Psychological Science, and Journal of Experimental Psychology: General. I am on the academic job market for positions starting in 2026.
